Aaron Bock, MCRP, JD, LEED AP: Mr. Bock has more than 20 years of planning experience and began his planning career in Contra Costa County’s transportation planning division, and then progressed to the State of California, Governor's Office of Planning and Research, where he worked on the 2003 General Plan Guidelines. He has held various Senior Project and Planning Manager positions for various developers and engineering firms. He holds a B.S in Landscape Architecture from UC Davis, an M.C.R.P from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law. As Chief Planner for the Resource Management Agency, Mr. Bock was instrumental in the design of the proposed stormwater retention facilities, writing the project’s program EIR, and obtaining the required federal and state environmental permitting, including the Dept. of Fish and Wildlife and the Central Valley Flood Control Board. Mr. Bock has obtained environmental documentation on numerous bridge projects for Wetlands, Water Quality Certifications, Streambed Alteration Agreements, and Dept. of Water Resources Flood Control Board Encroachment permits.
